Innie is a permissioned representation tool. It does not create employment, partnership, or equity. Presence on a Circle is consent to be shown, not a legal relationship.

The participant owns the Spot. The organizer arranges the Circle. By using Innie, you agree to provide accurate information, use invitation links only for their intended recipients, and respect each participant’s permissions. You are responsible for the content you submit and for obtaining any rights needed to use uploaded materials.

Innie is provided as-is during its early release. We may suspend access to protect the service, participants, or data. You may stop using the service at any time. Organizers may request account deletion; participants may withdraw through their private link. We do not promise that a Circle creates a business, employment, partnership, or investment relationship.

Questions, notices, and privacy requests can be sent to hello@modernancients.com. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Modern Ancients, LLC, without displacing any rights that cannot legally be waived.
